IT Director

  • Leads collaborative efforts across OIT to deliver IT services 
Debbie Thibault is the IT Director for the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment (CDLE). Debbie has been with OIT since 2009, transitioning into the IT Director position in August 2015. Throughout her time at OIT she has held multiple positions within the financial and customer offices. It is this diverse background and experience with multiple areas of OIT that enables her to see the organization from a unique perspective.
