Kathy Chase is the IT Director for the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA). Most recently Kathy was the Senior Manager of Business Applications responsible for the Revenue Collections and Regulatory Services (RCRS) portfolio managing CDA, CDPHE, DNR, DOLA, CDOR and CDPHE. Kathy holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and has spoken nationally on topics related to federal IT compliance initiatives.
