The Chief Customer Office (CCO) is a functional office of the Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT). CCO is committed to building strong relationships through the efficient delivery of IT services that reflect an understanding of our customer’s business goals, resources and challenges. Within OIT we work to enable effective cross-functional teamwork that results in the ability to deliver IT solutions that reflect our mission to support our customers’ success.
  • CCO's state IT planning and investment oversight role includes portfolio management and project management. We provide an enterprise view of state IT activity that highlights opportunities for collaboration and helps state leadership prioritize investments.
  • Policies and standards maximize Colorado's efficiency. CCO manages the enterprise IT governance and planning process for the executive branch in the areas of standards, policies and priority enterprise direction.
  • CCO manages the Service Desk to provide a first contact for all customer issues.
