Center of Excellence

The Chief Customer Office's Center of Excellence (CoE) is a high-performance process and knowledge enabler that help drive business results, brings enterprise focus to business issues, and provides demonstrable value to the business through leadership, collaboration, evangelization, best practices, research, knowledge sharing, management, training, and support around a specific focus area.

The CoE helps build a robust approach around governance of projects, programs, portfolios and IT processes, including templates, policies, procedures, mapping and guidelines by leveraging strong cross team collaboration and adopting innovative solutions.

Objectives

  1. Help the State to move forward on projects on a timely manner
  2. High quality Project, Program and Portfolio delivery
  3. Help streamline current processes by utilizing a feedback loop
  4. Help create new processes when needed 
  5. Enhance team skills and knowledge
  6. Creation and implementation of other CoE (e.g. Agencies Governance, SalesForce, other platforms etc.)
