Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration and Governor's Office of Information Technology Release for Proposals (RFP) for Human Resource Information System

Denver, Colo.—The Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration (DPA) and Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) today released an RFP to replace legacy human resource and supporting systems.

The new unified, integrated solution will be the State’s single source of human resource data, process payroll, facilitate compliance with laws governing human resource management, and improve data integrity and security.

DPA and OIT are seeking qualified offerors who can provide a human resource information system that best achieves the business, operational and technical goals of the State.

A Request For Proposals is being used to ensure an open and competitive bid process. If you are a vendor and would like more information, you may view the actual RFP at this link or you may contact Peter Van Ronk at peter.vanronk@state.co.us.
