The Center for Digital Government conducts a comprehensive biennial survey that evaluates states on a myriad of criteria for its use of technology and best practices. Colorado's ranking as second in the nation for use of IT in transportation and vehicles and overall ranking of B+ is the subject of the Denver Business Journal's article "Colorado gets high marks for tech innovation".
