Contract DevelopmentThe Contracts Development Team will focus on drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and other documents, such as vendor terms and conditions, license agreements, etc. In addition, this team will focus on resolving pre-contract contractor issues and providing agency customer service related to contract documents. A contract document is any document that requires the signature of OIT, including but not limited to a two-party agreement and single party agreements such as letters of authorizations, certificates of installation, certificates of de-installation, and Acceptance of Equipment.
